ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The Front Office Guru Training Academy project was a conversion task from LearnDash to AccessAlly. The technical setup and configuration of AccessAlly – with ActiveCampaign CRM integration – were assigned to me as part of my commitment as a member of the team of developers working under Pro Membership Sites.

The work I have accomplished included backup and database conversion of existing account owners and team members – from LearnDash’s DB structure into AccessAlly’s. Various custom scenarios were also tackled to be able to handle access of old (Legacy) members from the LearnDash site to allow them lifetime access to the (new) AccessAlly learning management system while also opening up subscription-based access to new members.

A PREMIUM Subscription system has also been configured where both the lifetime members and annual subscribers could also gain access to premium contents while keeping track of the type of membership they are part of.

There were also additional custom CSS and JavaScript codes to further improve the layout and behavior of certain elements within the various pages of the website and inside the course modules.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The website maintenance is now being handled by a third-party developer and have undergone a lot of layout changes since then.
